As a fast growing logistics focused company we are committed to providing a variety of storage solutions to our direct and trade customers. As we expand, we are looking for a talented and driven Trade Storage Sales Manager to lead and coordinate a group-wide sales program to maximize our storage business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and conduct effective sales strategies to maximize storage business across all AGM Group warehouses.
  • Coordination: Coordinate sales initiatives across the UK, Netherlands, and Spain, ensuring alignment and synergy among different regions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Leadership: Guide sales teams across various locations, fostering a collaborative business development plan.
  • Partnerships: Identify and develop storage partnerships to expand AGM Group’s market reach and enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the storage or logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
